Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices quoted exclude VAT which should be calculated at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.

Delivery

Our products can be collected direct from our premises in Gomersal, West Yorkshire or we can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK (see delivery charges).

We use local or national pallet distribution companies with vehicles equipped with tail-lift facility to enable off-load. We offer a 2 day delivery service and can narrow down to AM or PM delivery without surcharge. The distribution company can phone the delivery point one hour before if provided with a contact number. The delivery service will be made to the specified address but we cannot accept responsibility for the exact positioning of the product.

Goods must be signed for on delivery. We should be notified immediately of any damages, the drivers delivery note marked accordingly and counter signed by the driver. We cannot accept any liability for damages after good have been delivered.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We can arrange for the item to be collected, however, you will be required to pay for the collection from your premises. Unfortunately we cannot refund the initial delivery cost. Alternatively, you can arrange to return the item yourself at your own cost, although you will be responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

Payment

Payment for goods must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payment can be made by most major credit & debit cards or cheque (subject to clearance).
